§ 1
General provisions

1. This document specifies the Privacy Policy of Cloud TSL Sp. z o. o., which in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data provided by third parties.
2. The terms defined in this document have the following meaning:

• Company - Cloud TSL Sp. z o. o., headquarters at ul. Bóżnicza 15 lok. 6, 61-651, Poznań, NIP: 7831828053, REGON: 38769460000000, entered into the register of entrepreneurs in the District Court in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000870710, with share capital of PLN 5,000, fully paid up, e- e-mail: office@cloudTSL.com, phone number: +48 784 681 638;
• Page - the website at https://cloudTSL.com and the online platform available at https://app.cloudTSL.com, as well as all their subpages and other websites owned or administered by the company.
• Platform - online platform available at https://app.cloudTSL.com, as well as all its subpages
• User - a natural person who visits the website or otherwise provides the company with his personal data.
• GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.

§ 2
Data Administrator

1. The company is the data controller of data users within the meaning of the GDPR.
2. We process user data in the scope indicated each time in the content provided under the forms used to collect personal data.
3. Each data subject (if the company is their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object. In addition, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
4. Each user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
5. The company may refuse to delete the user's personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on the company by law.

§ 3
Data processing

1. In the case of people who visit the website, but are not registered users, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall apply in accordance with the currently applicable version available on the website. By using the website, you accept the terms.
2. If the user fills in a form in which he provides his personal data, information on data processing is available next to the form.
   If the user has access to the Platform, he can log in to his account and easily change his data, including update, delete and transfer it through data export.
3. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol at the stage of registration, logging in and using the website (SSL).
4. Personal data provided on the website are treated as confidential and are not visible to other users.
   In connection with the handling of data processing, we can transfer it to a third country, while maintaining the highest standards of data protection and respecting the provisions of the GDPR.
5. We may entrust the processing of users' personal data as part of providing ICT services or storing data on the server. Entrusting takes place to groups of recipients: CRM, CMS systems, e-mail marketing systems, payment operators, analytical systems.

§ 4
Data safety

1. The company uses technical and organizational methods to ensure the security of personal data and protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access to the extent required by generally applicable law.
2. Information is stored and processed on servers with an appropriate level of security, with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.
3. The entrusted data is stored on equipment and servers in properly secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access.
4. The company has implemented data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of possible data security breaches.
5. The security of the systems is regularly verified and a backup procedure has been implemented.

§ 5
Cookies

1. We use the following cookies:
   necessary - files enabling the use of services available on the website and platform and maintaining sessions on the platform;
   functional - files enabling "remembering" selected by settings;
   advertising - files enabling the delivery of advertising content more tailored to the interests of users;
2. Cookies processed on the website analyze anonymous information about the use of the website. The company uses web analytics tools - these are external solutions.
3. Cookies help to improve the functionality of the website and platform and adapt it better to the expectations and needs of visitors. The tools collect anonymous information, note trends on the site without identifying individual persons. Like many services, these tools use their own cookies to analyze visitor activities.
4. These cookies are used to store information, e.g. the time of starting current visits and whether the visitor has been to the website before, what website he or she came from, what screen resolution is his device, how he or she moves on the website, etc.
5. Each user browsing the website should manage cookies by modifying the settings of his web browser. If the user does not want to use them, he should prevent saving cookies on his device. This may deteriorate the quality of the service provided.
