§ 1
General provisions
- This document specifies the Privacy Policy of Cloud TSL Sp. z o. o., which in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data provided by third parties.

- GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
§ 2
Data Administrator
- The company is the data controller of data users within the meaning of the GDPR.
- We process user data in the scope indicated each time in the content provided under the forms used to collect personal data.
- Each data subject (if the company is their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object. In addition, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
- Each user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The company may refuse to delete the user's personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on the company by law.

Data processing
- In the case of people who visit the website, but are not registered users, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall apply in accordance with the currently applicable version available on the website. By using the website, you accept the terms.
- If the user fills in a form in which he provides his personal data, information on data processing is available next to the form.
If the user has access to the Platform, he can log in to his account and easily change his data, including update, delete and transfer it through data export. - We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol at the stage of registration, logging in and using the website (SSL).

- The company uses technical and organizational methods to ensure the security of personal data and protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access to the extent required by generally applicable law.
- Information is stored and processed on servers with an appropriate level of security, with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.
- The entrusted data is stored on equipment and servers in properly secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access.
- The company has implemented data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of possible data security breaches.
- The security of the systems is regularly verified and a backup procedure has been implemented.
